Woodworking Workshop
Date: Tuesday 25th January 2022
Time: 9.30 to 10.30 am
Duration: 1 hour
- Each child will design and build a wooden vehicle.
- Learn woodworking skills, including sanding, making a wheel axle, clamping, using a screwdriver, taping off, hand-painting, hot gluing.
- Watch various large woodworking machines in use.
- Learn woodwork shop safety.
*Bonus activity includes – Make a wooden ramps for use with vehicle and smaller cars at home.
Parents are welcome to stay, and if your child needs support at school parents are encouraged to stay and assist.
Minimum age: 5
